Whether you are over your head in debt and seeking a solution, or facing a divorce and uncertainty concerning custody, support of your children, or regarding your assets, or you are a parent of a child with a disability and having difficulty obtaining the appropriate services from the school, the Law Firm of Ullian & Associates, P.C. can provide you with legal options, effective representation and hope for resolving your issues.

Helping Clients Through Divorce, Bankruptcy,  Or School Law/Special Education

The firm assists clients in three main areas:

  • Divorce: Representing clients in court through every step of the divorce process, and resolving the contested matters ranging from property division to child-related issues such as custody, visitation and support. Also, as an alternative to the traditional divorce process when each spouse retains a separate attorney, both parties can agree to divorce mediation to settle the divorce issues that must be addressed, and attorney John Ullian can be retained by the two parties to serve as the mediator to facilitate a resolution. Attorney Ullian has more than 28 years of experience in handling divorce cases and co-authored a book on divorce with his father, Leonard Ullian.
  • Bankruptcy: Representing clients who are having severe financial difficulty in bankruptcy. People who are behind on their mortgage, have substantial credit card debt, sizeable medical bills, large tax debt, or are receiving harassing phone calls are clients who often need bankruptcy to obtain relief from their creditors under Chapter 7, Chapter 11 or Chapter 13 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
  • School law: Advising parents of students, teachers and administrators in matters involving special education, disabilities, student discipline, and other legal issues that pertain to public schools. Attorney Ullian has his doctorate in education and teaches graduate school courses on school law and special education law. He also authored a publication on school law.
