Divorce Mediation
Divorce mediation is a voluntary process for a married couple to address all issues necessary to finalize a divorce with John Ullian serving as the mediator. Mediation is often much less expensive and less adversarial than the traditional divorce litigation process. John Ullian successfully completed the family law mediation training in compliance with Rule 8 of the Uniform Rules of Dispute Resolution, and he is a member of the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation.
